Ae have been told that Nikolai Kyrilov was seen in town o'er night.

Zwei and Michael Aridfox say he was running aroond, talkin' nonsense,
actin' as if he didnae knoo where or who he was.

When told he was Nikolai Kyrilov he said he thought he was
"Athabascus"....whoever that is. He also begged not tae be beaten or hurt.
There was some talk o' red-hot pins and fingernails as well....

But worst o' all, he attacked Michael Aridfox, howlin' like a lost soul!!!!

In addition, he called Michael and Bones "ugly men", and addressed a
Sylvan as "skinny wimp".

He seemed lucid fer a few moments and begged fer help fer himsel' and
Cap'n Vagile and others kidnapped. He also would shout occassionally
something aboot "The High Tribunal will destroy us all" or somesuch.

Michael Aridfox says the scariest part was joost befair Nikolai ran off.
he and Zwei asked him how he escaped an' they say he stuttured fer a
moment, and then said in a cold, hard voice:

"He didn't."

And then ran off laughing.

IF YE SEE NIKOLAI KYRILOV, take measures tae restrain him. He may have
information tae lead us tae Cap'n Vagile and th'others. Boot please,
dinnae ye hurt him. He clearly is a man whose mind is affacted. heis not
responsible fer his actions in this condition....
